Rental Property House Painting -N College Ave Indianapolis
Since we work with several property management companies, we were approched by one who has used us on several repainting projects. They were looking for some house painting work on a couple rental properties on N College Ave in Indianapolis, IN.
The duplex properties were in rough shape and under a complete remodel when we provided the estimate. But after a lot of hard work, the carpenters did a fantastic job. When it came to our part of the project, the exterior painting, there was a lot of prep work involved. It had been years since the home was painted, so there was significant peeling and bubbling of the paint.
After several days, we finally completed the project. All the siding, window and door trim, gutters, downspouts, soffits, front porch railings and posts and the garages received a fresh 2 coats of paint.
As you can see in the pictures, the project turned out great and the customer was happy with our work.
