This Westfield Homeowner was looking to have their house exterior brick painted and searched for a local painter near their home. The home was good condition, but even though it was a recently built home, there was a lot of failing caulk and fading paint within just a few years. In recent years, we have seen a lot of newer home that have paint faiding after only a few years. The homeowner was looking for a color change and a wood stain for the shutters. After discussing their options, they chose Legacy Painting as their house painters.   

Since the homeowner was changing colors and painting the never painted brick on the home, they needed some consulting on colors.  At Legacy Painting, when customers choose us as their house painter, we offer a FREE color consultation through either PPG Paints or Sherwin-Williams color reps. The color rep contacted our customer and set up their consultation.  

After the colors were selected, we were ready to get to work.  We added the project to our schedule and let the customer know approximately when we would be starting.  The crew showed up, prepped and primed the brick. Because of the size of the home, the project took roughly 4 days to complete from start to finish.   

For this project, we went with PPG products; Manor Hall for the exterior paint and ProLuxe stain for the shutters. Trim and accents were painted in the color of Desert Sand and the brick color was Southern Breeze. The wood shutters were cleaned and stained with a Hickory colored stain.

The project turned out well and the homeowners were not only satisfied the project was finally complete but were very happy with how it turned out.
