Residential Painting Greenwood – Center Grove 

Located in the Center Grove area in Greenwood, Indiana, this homeowner was looking to have their home repainted. With some trim that was starting to rot and the paint fading fast, the home was ready to be painted.  After discussing their options, they chose Legacy Painting to do their exterior house painting. Also, their deck needed to be stained again, and we were able to assist that project.

The project we pretty straight forward; homeowner wanted to keep the same color (white) for the trim, but instead change colors for the front door and garage door from blue to black. Furthermore, the lights on either side of the front entry and garage needed to be repainted, so we masked off the glass and brick and resprayed the lights black. 

There was also some wood that needed to be replaced. On the back of the home was a gutter board that showed since or wood rot due to errors of a previous roof replacement. Thankfully, we did not need to replace all the fascia or take down the whole gutter. Instead, we were able to pull the gutter back a little and replace the old board. We also replaced some wood on the front window and entry door frame.

Overall, the project turned out well and the homeowners were satisfied with the project.
