Commercial Painting – Main & Madison of Franklin, IN
Main & Madison is a cafe located in downtown Franklin, IN. The owners purchased this old historic building, which used to be a doctors office in the early 1900’s, with the vision of a new cafe with not just coffee, but plenty of other good eats. Legacy Painting won the opportunity as the commercial painter for both the exterior and interior painting.
The exterior paint on the buildings was faded, chipping, peeling, in need of some wood repair from rotting wood and a fresh coat of paint. The project spanned the course of several weeks since the building was going through an entire remodel from top to bottom.
In this commercial painting project, we used quality paints from PPG for both the exterior and interior substrates. Our experienced team of commercial painters knew exactly what needed to be done, applied the new paints and as you can see from the pictures, this project turned out great.
