Townhome Painting in Westfield, IN

Townhomes at Countryside is a community of Town Homes in Westfield, IN. This is a beautiful community, but like most other homes, they were due for some fresh paint. Legacy Painting was contacted by the community property manager to provide an estimate to repaint a number of buildings as well as any wood repairs that needed to be completed. After submitting our proposal, they chose Legacy to be their commercial painter for the exterior painting.

Prep: All surfaces received a pressure wash to ensure a clean surface.  All the wood joints were caulked. Bare areas and new wood were primed. Windows, concrete, and all necessary areas were masked and covered to protect from paint.

Painting: Our crew was able to complete the project in a reasonable amount of time even with some additional wood repairs that needed attention.

In this commercial painting project, we used quality paints from PPG Paints in Westfield and were able to match the colors pretty well.
